Common faults we see
Wind damage, age-related fixing failure, poorly detailed abutments and past "quick fixes" that have hidden bigger problems. We strip back enough to see what is going on — then rebuild with the right materials and overlaps for your roof type.
Emergency and staged work
When water is actively getting in, we can often make safe and reduce ingress quickly, then schedule the full repair properly — especially if matching tiles or leadwork needs ordering. You will always know what is temporary and what is permanent.

After the repair
We leave the roof weatherproof, debris cleared from gutters where we have disturbed them, and photos or notes if your insurer or buyer needs a record. If we spot wider wear while we are up there, we will tell you before it becomes urgent.
