Flat roofing
Flat roofing
EPDM, GRP and high-performance felt — installed with the right falls, drainage and edge details for a long, leak-free life.
Flat roofs fail when water sits, details are rushed, or incompatible products are layered together. We assess the deck, insulation and waterproofing as one job — then specify a system that suits the use, the budget and the exposure of your roof.
Flat roofs & junctions
Abutments, edges and rainwater — where flat work meets the rest of the building.
Systems we work with
Rubber (EPDM) suits many domestic roofs and extensions with large, clean sheets and dependable seams. GRP offers a seamless, tough finish where shapes are more complex. Premium reinforced felt still has its place when specified and installed to manufacturer guidance. We will tell you what we recommend and why — not a one-size-fits-all answer.
Falls, outlets and abutments
A flat roof is never truly flat. Getting water moving to outlets — and keeping it out of walls and parapets — is where many jobs go wrong. We pay attention to upstands, flashing, drip edges and penetrations so the waterproofing is continuous, not just the field of the roof.
- Repairs, overlays and full strip-and-renew where the deck has failed
- Warm roof build-ups where insulation upgrade is part of the job
- Balconies, bay roofs and small commercial flat work by arrangement
- Clear advice when a repair is false economy
Aftercare you can rely on
We leave you with what was installed, any warranty paperwork that applies, and guidance on simple checks after heavy rain. If something does not look right, we would rather hear early than let a small issue become a big one.
Quotes without jargon. Tell us about the roof — photos help — and we will survey and propose a proper scope, not a vague patch.
